Delivery Area & Charges Magic Bean Bags delivers throughout Europe Delivery is included in the price of each product to the UK Mainland on orders of GBP20.00 and above (for other delivery charges please see below). Delivery is made by a courier and will require a signature as proof of delivery. Please check the delivered parcel for damage during transit. Magic Bean Bags cannot be responsible for damage occurring whilst with the courier. If you find damage to the packageing, please sign for the product and clearly state "Damaged Product" and contact via the website contact form Most of our bean bag products are shipped separately and therefore items which are shipped outside the UK Mainland, are charged per item. Please contact us if you feel your items could be shipped within 1 package
We aim to despatch items with 2 - 5 working days and items are often sent the same day. LOFTBAG are shipped directly from France and should be with you with 7 working days and our Real Leather products are shipped within 10 working days If for any reason the item cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and invited to confirm acceptance of this or be granted a reimbursement for the value of that item(s) If you are not home, when the courier tries to deliver your items, a calling card will be left with details for you to contact them to either re-schedule delivery or to collect it from your local depot |
