Store Policies Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies. Ordering Online Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above. Site Security This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site. Return / Refund Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We will accept returns for any reason within 7 days of delivery. The customer must pay for the item to be returned and we will cover the cost of a replacement item. If the customer refuses to accept the item upon delivery, then the customer will be responsible for the cost incurred by the courrier plus a £10+VAT administration fee. If the product arrives and is faulty or the wrong item has been delivered please notify us within 2 - 5 working days. Once the item has arrived safely back with us and is in a resaleable state we will refund the cost of the item back onto the card you paid with. Please contact us using the contact form if you are wishing to return and we will issue you with a returns number. Magic Bean Bags reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. Please retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. Magic Bean Bags retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging. Please note, there will be a re-stocking charge (except real leather goods) to cover the original cost of shipping to you (despite our free shipping policy we still have to pay a courier!) and for the handling of the item in our warehouse. The most common reason for returns is that the beanbag proves to be bigger than imagined. We will endeavour to work with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible ensuring that you are happy with your beanbag. Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered, we will not charge a handling fee and provided the item is returned within a 28 day period we will refund the cost of delivery back to you upon proof of payment. A restock fee of 50% of the original purchase price is applicable on real leather goods. The items must then be returned at your own expense. If you are unable to return the items, the items must be made available for collection at a time that is convenient for yourself and our courier. The company is entitled to charge you the direct cost paid to our courier for this collection. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items to be return and ensure they remain in the same condition as they were delivered to you. Magic Bean Bags reserves the right to take action to claim any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We will not accept the return of any obviously damaged or dirty goods. Please retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. This return policy does not extend to products shipped outside of mainland UK. Prices Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Complaints If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively. VAT VAT is charged on all prices shown in line with the current UK rate. |
